Is AegisNano a coating?

No. AegisNano is not a coating or sealant. We use a penetrating nano-technology treatment that absorbs into the material and bonds within its internal structure. There is no surface film, layer, or membrane applied.

How is this different from traditional roof or surface treatments?

Traditional treatments sit on top of the surface and work temporarily until they wear away.

AegisNano works from the inside out. Nano-sized particles penetrate deep into pores, micro-cracks, and capillaries, where they bond internally and strengthen the material itself.

What does “nano” actually mean?

Will it peel, crack, or wear off?

No. Because AegisNano does not form a surface layer, there is nothing to peel, crack, or flake off. The protection is built into the material itself.
